Ibercamera reserves the right to change programs if an unexpected event made it necessary.

If an artist is unable to offer the concert at the date scheduled, Ibercamera will fix an alternative date and if this change was not possible, the right is reserved to substitute the performance for another artist of equal or superior quality.

In this case, we offer the possibility to exchange your tickets for another concert or exchange for a credit note which can also be used the following season when renewing a subscription. Admin fees applied when purchasing the tickets are not returned. This option is valid for subscriptions, cycles and tickets.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will be offered only if a concert is cancelled. Admin fees applied when purchasing the tickets will not be returned.

The acquisition of any subscription, cycle or concert ticket implies accepting these terms and conditions.

Once a purchase is made, Ibercamera will not accept cancelations or returns.

Installment payments: The subscription will immediately be cancelled if one installment is not paid. Bank expenses and admin fees will be charged.
